Think positive! The fourth annual Open Air Festival of the Arts (OAFA) will take place alongside the downtown farmer’s market on Saturday June 12 ( 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ) and Sunday June 13 (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM ), 2010 at Phoenix Park in downtown Eau Claire.

Mark you calendars and text your friends! There will be more than 50 fine artists displaying and selling their original creations, several fine food artisans creating and selling your favorite festival foods with a shaded seating area, special musical performances from the greatest musical acts from the region, a children’s art activities tent and much more.

Bring yourself, your friends and the entire family to a fun filled weekend including art for sale, live music, food, face painting, caricatures by local sensation Michael Kuznar “Sir Drawz Alot”, henna body art, belly dancers and all out fun.

Remember, these professional artists make a living creating their original art in their studios throughout the year so you can buy their work and beautify your life. An ATM machine will be on site the entire weekend. We will be auctioning the 2’ x 4’ painting used for the 2010 event poster by artist Rolley Bateman III from Chicago, IL. The painting will be on display and available to bid on all weekend at the pink and yellow info tent.

Come ready to entice your senses! Buy art, eat food, be entertained and enjoy a weekend filled with excitement! See you there! You can find more information on our website, www.ecoafa.org, or Facebook.
