The weather has been gorgeous, and besides lovely picnics and bike rides, our family has also made the most of it by line-drying our clothes and diapers. We use a retractable clothes line similar to this one. We bought it from True Value on East Clairemont.
There are many things to love about line drying one’s clothes:
- Saving energy
- Clothes smelling like the sun (wrap yourself in sun-dried sheets at night
and you’ll understand what I mean) - A free extra cleaning: the sun is a natural disinfectant and stain remover
- Hanging laundry is quite relaxing.
