For a Greener Hill: Watering bottle

Spring is coming (kind of). Even if you don’t have a rain barrel, you can collect melting snow or put a bucket under your gutter to collect a small amount of rain water. Make a hole in the lid of a jug, and you have an instant watering device. I collected a few jugs’ worth of rain water last fall, stored them in my basement, and it was enough to water my office plants all winter.
