Hello from humanKIND.  Circles of Change is an opportunity for the people in the Chippewa Valley to work together “to build and embrace a more racially and ethnically diverse and inclusive environment” in our community. UWEC in conjunction with other community partners are creating local dialogue groups which will meet this fall for six 2 hour sessions an an Action Forum.  The Sessions are titled: 1) Making Connections, 2) Our Ethnic Backgrounds and Racism, 3) Our Unique Nation, 4) Why Do Inequalities exist?, 5) Looking at Our Community, 6) Moving to Action and ACTION Forum.  You can learn more  or sign up to be part of a Circle at uwec.ly/circlesofchange. Also if you would like to know more before you commit to a group you can contact humanKIND at humanKIND.ec@gmail.com.  Dr. Aubrey Robinson, one of the organizers of Circles of Change has agreed to come and talk to anyone who would like to know more.  humanKIND will hold several informational meetings during the month of July if there is enough interest. Let’s continue to open our hearts, minds, and neighborhoods to the wonderful diversity of humankind!
