I have recently met Carlos Ricard. He is a man on a mission. Here is his description of his current life’s work:

“As a Hispanic minority who’s overcome countless unimaginable hardships, from childhood until my late twenties, I’ve witnessed life from the side of middle class luxuries to ghetto poverty and from street gang prison life to small town suburbia racism and discrimination. Today, as a published author currently editing my first book, I dedicate my life to helping others overcome what they consider insurmountable circumstances and altogether avoid going down the same path I once did, by using my past triumphed adversities as a navigating compass towards a completely new mindset for growth”.

That is just a teaser for what you can find on his web site, carlosricard.com. Click on his “1st Lecture” to hear 13 minutes of his authentic, soulful journey that has led to his path today. Find him on facebook at www.facebook.com/iamcarlosricard

Carlos here is sort of interviewing himself. Listen to his profound story and join him in his focus on redemption and beyond.

Thank you Carlos for your openness and your insights.
