Downtown Development folks in Eau Claire are looking to partner with the contiguous Neighborhoods to explore how we are advantaged by being considered part of downtown. So, we tested their resolve.

When asked about our Neighborhood getting access to Visit Eau Claire’s Air Stream trailer to stage a Neighborhood event, they helped us get approval. In looking for a date we found that talented Josh Rizzo plans to use May 31st to have his 2nd annual Bluegrass event. That was a super coming together of all ages last year with great music and has set a high bar for a Neighborhood event.

Our Steering Committee then suggested using the Airstream at our annual Neighborhood picnic, on August 19th. Contact us if you want to help line up entertainment for that event that uses the Airstream fully. Call me at 839-7949.
