Volunteers Needed for Eastside Hill Neighborhood Bluebird Program

Bluebird Experience of Wisconsin is in need of volunteers to monitor the 10 bluebird nest boxes that surround Forest Hill Cemetery. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a real difference in the local and national success of nesting bluebirds and other cavity nester. ECASD Summer Programs Fair: March 1 and April 17

The Eau Claire Area School District (ECASD) has scheduled two opportunities for families to gather information about summer programming for grades PreK-12: March 1st and April 17 when registration will end. Health Department Updated Incentive Based City Housing Inspection Program

On January 1st, the Health Department will roll out the Eau Claire City Housing Inspection Program. This program expands the previous housing program and requires the Health Department to survey the exterior of all homes in the City of Eau Claire at least once every 5 years. Homes identified with exterior safety and health concerns receive a required home inspection to see what changes can be made to improve the health and safety of the home. … KEEP READING

Reminder: Property Owners Must Register Residential Rental Properties by March 1st

The Eau Claire City-County Health Department is reminding all property owners that own residential rental properties within the City of Eau Claire to register each property by March 1, 2018. The Eau Claire City Housing Inspection Program now requires that all property owners with one or more rental housing units in the City of Eau Claire register their properties with the Health Department. … KEEP READING
